In the next two days you will see a surprise amount of new items that were sampled at this year's Newark DS festival now for purchase in our "Storefront". Some featured items will be our new "Jonathan Frid: Fools & Fiends" DVD, the featured autographed Barnabas poster showcased in Newark (so popular that 2 were stolen), as well as dozens of new autographed photos for order.

An original DS game developing by Jonathan himself is now ready to be
announced as a major item for this years festival in Newark, NJ

This game needs an immediate kick start in
order to bring it to a prize winning conclusion by August 14th, 2009.

Open to all fans of DS, the game begins by each of you assembling a list of
your five most favourite scenes taken from episodes of the
original Daytime Drama Series, Dark Shadows.

A lot of mail came to us regarding the availability of autographed items.
You can now choose from a variety of photos and even send us
your own to be personally autographed by Jonathan.

REVITALIZED WEBSITE

Visitors to the JonathanFrid.com website will notice a great deal of changes
made for the most part to start a major thrust of re-organization.

Much of what you saw on the website prior to now has not been thrown away...far from it...
we have simply taken them aside and decided to bring items back into light in a gradual,
more organized fashion with these new departments we have developed.

Here listed is a brief summary of what you will
expect to find in each new department:

DIARIES - Jonathan's personal take on his daily ongoings
VISITORS' CORNER - Visitors to the website can leave Jonathan their own personal commentary
BULLETINS - The official factual rundown of what is new and exciting...our "latest news"
CAREER - Highlights from Jonathan's career including an updated biography
READERS THEATER - Current projects including works with Shakespeare and other Readers Theater
GALLERIES - You will find a great variety of works in Audio, Video, and Photo here
FRID'S ESSAYS - Essays developed by Jonathan concerning topics of special interest
STOREFRONT - Autographs, photos, dvd products, and current auctions
PUBLICATIONS - Articles by other important contributors such as ArtsForum and Shadowgram
FESTIVALS - Current Dark Shadows Festival announcements as well as a look at past festivals

Although this Website is unquestionably mine, it seems to have evolved over a
period of time into a sort of group or club site among our associates …for all
practical purposes . Besides, I think I rather like the situation personally as it gives
me more scope to express myself quite liberally, now and then, in at least two
separate yet overlapping departments: “Bulletins” (brief accounts) and “Frid Diaries”
( strolling ideas and leisurely thought ), let alone in “Frid Essays”. jf
